Claire and John had the amazing Silverholme Manor for their wedding venue with Tipi’s from Special Events Tipi on the lawn outside. We had a lovely two day mid week wedding with them starting with a BBQ buffet.

Having a pre event is the perfect way to relax the nerves for the bride and groom and it brings everyone together to share memories and create new ones with the closest of family and friends.

Wedding Day 

The day has come and Claire is being prepped with hairstylists from South Lakes Salon and Makeup by Alice in the Manor House with her bridal party.

The Lake District weather was on their side allowing them to have the beautiful ceremony outside on the lawn looking over Windermere! After the ceremony the wedding party were able enjoyed a great selection canapés. Claire and John were taken away for a short amount of time to get some beautiful pictures with Philip White who was also filming their wedding video!

After taking in the views and the delicious canapés it was time to take their seats in the Tipi that was decorated by Emma Jane Events and Free Range Floristry. First they were welcomed to the Farther of the Bride speech listening to beautiful childhood memories before enjoying a 3 course meal with a sharing starter!

After the meal the guests were able to enjoy more memories from Claire and Johns closest friends their Maid of Honor and Best Man and then finishing off with a speech each.

Whilst the guests gathered around the grounds the guests were able to enjoy drinks from the Little Barn Bar whilst the DJ set up for the evening party! They had Emma Howarth playing the Saxophone whilst Johny Williams DJ’d, they are a great duo that can really get the party started!

Once the dance floor was full it was time for us to bring out the evening food!
