Canapes
Canapés are a brilliant way to start the day. Perfect for circulating through a crowd, laying out to greet guests or passing around seated rooms, canapés give people something to nibble on while they wait for the meal to start. Ideal for staving off hunger, lining your stomach and eating delicately with one hand, who doesn’t love a canapé.
We offer a wide variety of different morsels for your guests to sample, including meat and fish options, vegan and vegetarian choices and we can adapt many of our canapés to be gluten-free or dairy free.
For those of you with a sweet tooth, opt for our dessert canapés instead of pudding where your nearest and dearest can try multiple desserts whilst chatting or dancing. After a hearty meal sometimes a little sweet something is much more appealing than a rich pud and our dessert canapés are always popular for this reason. Nibble a crème brûlée with your coffee or put away a limoncello mousse shot for a refreshing hit of sharp, creamy sugar.
It’s also becoming more and more popular to serve canapés as an alternative to a starter and you can either have more substantial canapés or order more per person. Below are a list of canapés that we regularly make but please let us know your favourites as chef will be happy to make them for you.
