Once your booking is confirmed with a booking form and deposit invoice, we are delighted to be able to offer a complimentary tasting for the special couple. We recommend planning your tasting for 4-6 months before the big day so the menu is as finalised as possible when you come to taste the dishes.
We make everything from scratch from roasting the bones for jus to making our own pastry which ensures the best possible end result. Because of this, it does mean we’re unable to provide multiple tasting options for you to try due to the sheer time to prepare.
Included in your tasting are the following options;
Not to blow our own trumpet but we are fantastic at what we do which often means we are fully booked a number of months in advance. If we were free on weekends, it definitely would be more concerning!
At the point of booking it is really reassuring to know we are busy but we know this can be frustrating when trying to arrange a tasting as it can often mean we have no weekend availability.
You can arrange a date to come to our base in Grange over Sands for your tasting but please bear in mind you may need to take annual leave if you’re unable to come during the week.
The tasting is free for you both and any additional guests are charged at £25.00 per person. We can hold up to 6 guests in our tasting room.
We allow 1.5 hours in total which includes the tasting plus a short meeting following the tasting to go through all the dishes and give us your feedback. (Please note if you choose to bring along extra guests we may not have time for a meeting following your tasting however we can arrange a call to discuss everything!)
