Kate Winslet famously chose what some might consider quirky wedding food in the form of bangers and mash for her first wedding. This set a precedent for choosing ‘proper food’ rather than a classic wedding menu.
We are finding that these days couples are going for a more sharing style meal with lots of dishes in the middle of the table for guests to help themselves and pass around. Joints carved at the table by one of your guests is a particular favourite as you can choose your carver, we supply the chefs hats and pinnies and our chef loves it as well!
