We catered for the lovely Sophie & Allan in a Marquee wedding on 17th July 2021

Timings for the day

2pm – Ceremony

2:30pm – Welcome drinks

4:30pm – Guests seated & speeches

5pm – Wedding breakfast

7:30pm – Evening guests arrive

Starter

  • Twice Baked Cheese SoufflĂ©’s with Champagne Cream Sauce & Micro Leaves to garnish
  • Baskets of Home-made Breads & Plates of Butter

Mains

  • Roast of Topside Beef carved at the table by guests, with Roast Potatoes, Large Yorkshire puddings, Summer Vegetables & Jugs of Gravy
  • Roasted Vegetable Wellington with a Chasseur Sauce

Desserts

  • Mini Sticky Toffee Pudding, Toffee Sauce & Ice Cream
  • Mini Banoffee Creme Brulee
  • Mini Eton Mess Shot

We did also serve evening food at 10pm which was

  • Newspaper Cones of Chips
  • Home-Made Pizzas
