After a stunning ceremony in their local church it was time to come back and enjoy Prosecco and Beers in the stunning walled garden.

Once the welcome drinks were over it was time to make their way into the barn for the Wedding Breakfast!

To Start:

Chicken Liver Pate with Onion Marmalade
Served with Mixed Leaves /Slice Orange
Baskets of Home-made Breads & Melba Toast/ Butter
1 x Gluten Free – same with gluten free bread
2 x Vegetarian – mozzarella/tom/basil salad/basil dressing

Main Course was a Barbeque – Buffet Style

Cumberland Sausages – cook in oven first, finish on BBQ

Roasted New Potatoes in Garlic & Olive Oil
Herby Green Couscous with Pistachios, Rocket & Mint
Tomato & Pomegranate Salad
Moroccan Salad
Char Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables

Once main course was cleared away it was time for speeches!

Following some very funny speeches it was time for the best course – Dessert!

Whole Summer Berry Pavlovas
Served with Jugs of Raspberry coulis

Sian and Dave chose this menu as they love the idea of people helping themselves and making the meal very interactive between each other.

Once the meal was finished it was time for people to go outside with their drinks while the barn was transformed from dining to a dance floor!

After the band set up and everyone start to dance the night away it was time for evening food!

Pizza and chips! These are a great choice for evening food as they can be walked around with very easily and can have any choice of toppings!

Sian and Dave chose the following toppings:
– Pepperoni
– Margherita with Fresh Basil
– Spinach, Caramelised Onion & Goats Cheese
– Prosciutto/Buffalo Mozzarella

Once evening food was over it was time for us to leave and Bars2U to look after the guests for the rest of the evening!
