WEDDING WEEKEND for Rosie & Jasper

Timings of the day – Saturday

1pm – Ceremony

2:30pm – Welcome drinks & canapés

4pm – Speeches

5pm – Guests Seated

5:30pm – Wedding Breakfast

7pm – Evening Guests Arrive

8pm – First Dance

10pm – Evening Food

1am – Bar To Close    

At 2:30pm after the ceremony, we served the selection of canapés which included

  • Crostini with Mozzarella, Sun Blush Tomato & Basil
  • Asparagus, Minted Pea & Feta Tartlets
  • Mini Yorkshire puddings with Roast Beef
  • Blinis with Creme Fraiche & Smoked Salmon
  • Peking duck Pancakes with Plum Sauce
  • Thai Fish Cakes
  • Arancini – Risotto Balls with a Sun Blush Tomato
  • Scallops in Parma Ham
  • Mini Lamb Sliders with Tzatziki
  • Chicken Satay with a Peanut Dip

Once the speeches were done, and all of the guests were seated, we served the wedding breakfast at 5:30pm which was a main course and then a trio of mini desserts

  • Sharing Platters of BBQ Leg of Cumbrian Lamb in Rosemary, Garlic & Olive Oil
  • Sharing Platters of BBQ Harissa Aubergine Strudel with Sun Blush Tomato, Feta & Olives (V)
  • With Dishes of Herby Green Cous Cous with Onions, Rocket, Mint & Pistachos
  • Dishes of Wood Fired New Potatoes, Runner Beans & Garlic Dressing
  • Dishes of Heritage Tomato & Pomegranate Salad
  • V Dishes of Tzatziki


  • Trio of Mini Passion Fruit Cheesecake, Eton Mess Shot & Salted Caramel and Chocolate Brownie

10pm, and it was time for the evening food!

  • Sausage Buns
  • Margherita Pizza
  • Pepperoni Pizza



  • French Onion Soup with Gruyere Croutons

Main Course

  • Confit Duck Leg with a Red Wine Jus with Dauphinoise Potatoes & Green Beans


  • Macaroon Tower provided by client with English Lakes Lemon Sorbet
