Timings of the day

1:30pm – Ceremony

2:30pm – Welcome drinks & canapes

4pm – Guests seated

4:30pm – Speeches followed by wedding breakfast

7pm – Cut the cake followed by first dance

8pm – Evening food

Midnight – Bar to close

 

For the canapés we served

  • Classic Tomato Bruschetta
  • Pear, Rocket & Prosciutto Rolls
  • Chilli & Garlic Prawns

We then served the 3 course wedding breakfast which included

Starters

  • Pesto & Mozzarella Arancini with Sun Blush Tomato Dip, Shaved Parmesan & Rocket Balsamic Glaze
  • Wild Garlic Arancini with Sun Blush Tomato Dip & Rocket Balsamic Glaze (GF/VEGAN)
  • 1x Garlic Bread for Child
  • Al served with baskets of Home-Made Breads/Focaccia, Plates of Butter & Olive Oil/Balsamic Vinegar

Mains

  • Sausage & Fennel Strozzapreti with Crispy Bread Crumbs topped with Parmesan & Garnished with Fresh Basil
  • Vegan Char Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable/Vegan Pesto Strozzapreti with Crispy Bread Crumbs topped with Parmesan & Garnished with Fresh Basil
  • 1x Mac & Cheese for Child

Desserts

  • Tiramisu with Amaretto
  • Vegan Dark Chocolate Brownie
