1:30pm – Ceremony

2:30pm – Welcome drinks & canapes

4:30pm – Guests seated

5pm – Speeches

5:30pm – Wedding breakfast

7:30pm – Evening guests

8:20pm – Cut the cake

8:30pm – First dance

9:30pm – Evening food

12:15am – Bar to close

Once everyone had arrived back from the church ceremony to the Marquee, we served the canapés

  • Tarte Tatin with Onion Marmalade & Goats Cheese

  • Blinis with Creme Fraiche & Smoke Salmon
  • Fish Goujons with Tartare Sauce

The bride & groom chose a 2-course wedding breakfast for them & the guests

  • All Served with Fondant Potato, Cauliflower Puree, Glazed Carrots & Green Beans

Once the bride & groom has cut the cake & danced their wonderful first dance, we served the evening food at 9:30pm which included

  • Newspaper Cones of Fish & Chips
  • Newspaper Cones of Fried Tofu & Chips
