We catered for Rachel & wedding and it we LOVED it! Marquee weddings are always special as they are completely one of a kind and completely tailed to each couple!

12pm Ceremony
1.30pm Drinks
3.30pm Wedding Breakfast
5.30pm Speeches
7pm Evening Guests Arrival
8pm Evening Food

When guests came back to the marquee following the ceremony they had drinks and the following canapés:

Peking Duck Pancakes with Plum Sauce 
Smoked Salmon Blinis with Creme Fraiche
Mini Tarte Tatin with Caramelised Red Onion & Goats Cheese
Mozzarella & Pesto Arancini
Tomato Bruschetta with Garlic (vegan)


After an hour and a half drinks reception, guests made their way into the marquee for the wedding breakfast!

Following the meal guests had Tea & Coffee and listened to the speeches! After speeches we got the marquee ready for the evening partying and our team left Rachel & Michael to enjoy the rest of their day!
