The couple opted for a classic 3 course wedding breakfast of starter, main course & dessert

  • Lakeland Platter including Chicken Liver Pate, Onion Marmalade, Cumberland sausage, Black Pudding Scotch Egg, Waberthwaite Ham & Melon
  • OR Twice Baked Cheese SoufflĂ© with Cream Sauce
  • All served with Baskets of Home-Made Breads & Butter

Main Course

  • Leg of Lakeland Lamb & Redcurrant & Mint Jus
  • OR Leek, Potato & Cheese Puff Pastry Pie
  • All Served with Asparagus & Dauphinois Potatoes

Dessert

  • Salted Caramel Baked Cheesecake & Salted Caramel Sauce

At 9pm, we served the evening food which was

  • Margherita Pizza
  • Pepperoni Pizza
  • Goats Cheese & Caramelised Red Onion Pizza
