What an amazing day for Rachel & Robert at New House Farm on 29th May 2021

Timings for the day

2:30pm – Ceremony

3pm – Drinks Reception & Canapes

5pm – Guests Seated

5:30pm – Starter & Main Served

6:30pm – Speeches & Cake Cutting

7:15pm – Dessert & Tea/Coffee

10pm – Evening Food

We catered for 19 Adults and 4 children on Rachel & Roberts special wedding day

After the ceremony was drinks and canapés which we served

  • Scallops & Parma Ham
  • Goats Cheese Bon Bons
  • Honey & Mustard Sausages
  • Avocado on Toast
  • Fillet of Beef with Horseradish

The guests and bride & groom were seated for the wedding breakfast at around 5:30pm ready for the wedding breakfast

Starter

  • Twice Baked Smoked Salmon Souffle served with a Shrimp & Champagne Cream Sauce with Micro Leaves and Baskets of Home Made Breads

Main

  • Lamb two ways. Rack of Lakeland Lamb & Slow Cooked Lamb Croquette with Celeriac Dauphinoise, Pea Puree, Grilled Asparagus, Redcurrant & Min Jus
  • Vegetarian Option – Caramelised Onion & Shallot tart Tatin, Goats Cheese Croquette, Celeriac Dauphinoise, Pea Puree & Grilled Asparagus

Dessert

  • Baked Salted Caramel Cheesecake served with English Lakes Thunder & Lightening Ice Cream garnished with Strawberries

We also served a children’s menu for 4 guests

  • Chicken Goujons & Chips

At around 10pm we also served everybody the evening food which was Newspaper Cones of Fish & Chips before the evening ended
