Rachel & Robbie

Rachel and Robbie had their special day at Low Hall, Saturday 26th June 2021 for 60 guests

We served the guests and the bride and groom welcome drinks at 2:30pm followed by canapés at 4:30pm which included

  • Smoked Chicken, Apple and Tarragon Crostini
  • Arancini – Risotto Balls with a Sun Dried Tomato Dip
  • Pear, Prosciutto and Rocket Rolls
  • Mini Tarte Tatin with Caramelised Red Onion and Goats Cheese
  • Calamari with Aioli

At 5:45pm everybody was seated for the wedding breakfast at 6pm. We served

Meze Platters to Share

  • Hummus, Tzatziki, Olives, Spicy Meatballs, Spinach and Feta Parcels, Dolmades and Falafel
  • Breads, Pitta, Flatbread
  • Harissa Chicken Kebabs
  • Lamb Kebabs with Rosemary and Garlic
  • Marinated Courgette and Halloumi Kebabs with Mint and Lemon
  • Roasted Baby Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic
  • Spicy Moroccan Carrot Salad
  • Greek Salad with Feta, Olives, Tomatoes and Coriander
  • Green Bean Salad with Mustard Seeds and Tarragon

The speeches were done in between the main course and the dessert

Desserts

  • Spiced Apple Tart with Clotted Cream
  • Vegan/Dairy and Gluten Free Poached Apples with Vegan Cream
  • Tea and Coffee with Home-made Fudge

8:30pm – Cut the cake

9pm – First dance and band begins for the evening
