Last weekend we had the pleasure of catering for Will and Phoebe at the gorgeous New House Farm. It was a stunning day, the weather was exactly what will and phoebe wanted! It was glorious sunshine and bright blue skies!

After the ceremony at a local church it was time for the guests to make their way back to New House Farm for drinks and canapes on the lawn to enjoy the sunshine! For welcome drinks Will and Phoebe chose Rum Punch or Prosecco which was a fantastic idea!! While everyone was getting their drinks, it was time for our team to go around with canapes.
The canapes were as follows:
~ Pesto & Mozzarella Arancini
~ Asparagus, Minted Pea & Feta Tartlets
~ Smoked Salmon Blinis with Crème Fraiche
~ Mini Yorkshire Puddings with Roast Beef & Horseradish
Once the welcome drinks and canapes were finished it was time for guests to take a seat ready for the wedding breakfast!

Smoked Mackerel Pate with a Mackerel Scotch Quails Egg
Served with Mixed Leaves
Baskets of Home-made Breads & Butter
Guinea Fowl Stuffed with Chestnut Mushrooms Wrapped in Parma Ham
Served with a Rich Port Reduction, Dauphinois Potatoes, Summer Vegetables and Garnished with Crispy Kale.
Extra Jugs of Rich Port Reduction

After the meal it was time for the speeches and for the bride and groom to cut the cake! After the cutting of the cake everyone made their way onto the stage to enjoy the first dance. While all the guests enjoyed the first dance our team moved and cleared all the tables in order to create more space for dancing later on!
We had such an incredible day and loved helping Will and Phoebe create their perfect day!
