Saturday 2nd October, our team headed to Silverholme to cater for the wedding of Naomi & Thomas.

Timings Of The Day

2:30pm – Ceremony

3pm – Welcome Drinks & Canapes

4:30pm – Guests Seated

5pm – Wedding Breakfast

6:30pm – Speeches

7:15pm – Cut The Cake

7:30pm – First Dance

9pm – Evening Food

11:30pm – Bar To Close

At 3pm after the ceremony, we served welcome drinks along with canap├ęs which included

  • Honeyed Sausages with Mustard Mayo
  • Arancini
  • Chilli & Garlic Prawns
  • Mini Yorkshire puddings with Roast Beef
  • Vegan Tomato & Avocado Bruschetta

A classic 3 course wedding breakfast was decided on which was the following

Starters

  • Salad of Mozzarella, Tomato, Proscuitto, Basil, Pine Nuts, Pomegranate, Basil Dressing & Crispy Pancetta
  • Baskets of Home-Made Breads

Main Course

  • Loin of Lakeland Lamb, Redcurrant & Mint Gravy
  • Caramelised Shallot & Goats Cheese Tart
  • Caramelised Shallot Tart (Vegan)
  • Served with Dauphinoise Potatoes, Roasted New Potatoes in Garlic & Olive Oil
  • Pea Puree
  • Grilled Asparagus
  • Garnished with Pea Shoots

Dessert

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Vegan Dark Chocolate Brownie with Vegan Ice Cream

9pm arrived which meant it was time for the evening food!

  • Mini Fish & Chips with Tartare Sauce
  • Halloumi & Red Pepper Baguettes
  • Chunky Chips
  • Parmesan Fries
