Timings of the day

7pm – Welcome drinks & canapes

7:30pm – Guests seated

7:45pm – Wedding Breakfast

8:30pm – Speeches

8:45pm – Dessert Served

For the canapés served before the guests were seated for the wedding breakfast doubled up as a alternative starter course which included

  • Spinach & Feta Filo Bites
  • Spicy Meatballs
  • Falafel with Harissa Hummus

Then at 7:30pm the guests were seated ready for the buffet style main course

  • Harissa Chicken Breast
  • Lamb Koftas with Tzatziki
  • Courgette & Halloumi Kebabs with Mint & Lemon
  • Roasted Baby Potatoes with Rosemary & Garlic
  • Spicy Moroccan Carrot Salad
  • Greek Salad with Feta, Olives, Tomatoes & Coriander
  • Green Bean Salad with Mustard Seeds & Tarragon
  • Selection of Home-Made Breads

The speeches were then carried out by the groom & bride, before we served the dessert

  • Lemon Tart with Lemon Curd & Raspberry Sorbet
