Megan & Gregory

On the 14th August, we attended a second wedding to cater for at New House Farm for Megan & Gregory

Timings of the day

12pm – Ceremony

1:30pm – Welcome drinks & canapes

3pm – Guests seated

3:30pm – Speeches

4pm – Wedding breakfast

6:45pm – Evening guests arrive

7:15pm – Cut the cake

7:30pm – First dance

9pm – Evening food

Midnight – Bar to close

After the ceremony we served the canapes which included

  • Mozzarella & Pesto Arancini
  • Honey & Mustard Sausages
  • Chilli & Garlic Prawns
  • Newspaper Cones of Fish & Chips with Tartare Sauce
  • Mini Yorkshire puddings with Roast Beef Horseradish
  • Mini Beef Burgers

Once the guests were seated it was time for the speeches followed by the 3 course wedding breakfast

Starters

  • Vegetable Soup (GF & VEGAN)
  • Classic Prawn Cocktail
  • All served with Baskets of Home-Made Breads & Plates of Butter

Main Courses

  • Chicken Fillet Stuffed with Mozzarella, Sun Blush Tomato & Basil wrapped in Prosciutto with Buttered Mash & a Rich Chicken Gravy
  • Cumberland sausage with an Onion Gravy & Buttered Mash
  • Roasted Vegetable Wellington with a Chasseur Sauce & Buttered Mash (V & VEGAN)
  • All served with Summer Vegetables & Chips

Desserts

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with a Toffee Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Biscoff Cheesecake with English Lakes Ice Cream
  • Option of a GF/VEGAN Chocolate Brownie
