We had the pleasure of catering for Tom and Lucy in a stunning marquee in Penrith.
Timings for the day:
1.30pm – Ceremony
2.30pm Drinks and Canapes
4.00pm – Wedding Breakfast
9.30pm – Evening Food
12.00am – Bar Closes
After the ceremony in the local church all the guests came back and had drinks and canapes. While champagne and beers were handed around our girls went around offering the following canapes:
– Mini Yorkshire Puddings with Roast Beef & Horseradish
– Chilli & Garlic Prawns
– Calamari with Aioli
– Blinis with Crème Fraiche and Smoked Salmon
– Asparagus, Minted Pea and Feta Tarts
– Honeyed Sausages with Mustard Mayo
– Peking Duck Pancakes
– Spinach and Feta Parcels
After the drinks reception all the guests made their way into the marquee to sit down for speeches and the wedding breakfast.
Once everyone was seated it was time for the first speech of the day. The speeches started with a lovely speech by the father of the bride followed by the main meal.
Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder- Which is carved at the table by one of the guests. We provide chef hats and Aprons.

Vegetarian option was Vegetable Wellington with a Chasseur Sauce
After the main course it was time for Tom’s Speech. It was a lovely speech thanking everyone for being a part of their special day!
Finally it was time for dessert!

While everyone was enjoying the Coffee and Fudge it was time for the best mans speech to end the wedding breakfast perfectly!
Once the food was over it was time for our team to leave and for the guests to enjoy the rest of the evening!
