Timings of the day

1:30pm – Ceremony

3pm – Welcome drinks & canapés

5pm – Guests seated & wedding breakfast served

6pm – Speeches during the courses

8pm – Evening guests arrive

8:30pm – Bouquet throw & cut the cake

8:30pm – First dance

10:30pm – Evening food

1am – Bar to close

After the ceremony we served the bride and groom and guests welcome drinks of champagne, aperol spritz and elderflower cordial. We also presented canapes which consisted of

  • Mini Yorkshire Puddings with Roast Beef and Horseradish
  • Asparagus Minted Pea & Feta Tartlets
  • Honeyed Sausages
  • Spiced Lamb Koftas
  • Goats Cheese Bon Cons with Chilli Jam

For the wedding breakfast we served a sharing board style as follows

  • With side dishes of Roasted New Potatoes with Olive Oil & Rosemary
  • Lightly Dressed Green Salad with Vinaigrette
  • Orzo Pasta Salad with Pesto & Shaved Parmesan
  • Cherry Tomato & Pomegranate Salad
  • Followed by Tea, Coffee & Chocolate Fudge

At 10:30pm we served everybody with evening food
