  • Loin of Lakeland Lamb with a Redcurrant & Mint Gravy with Dauphinois Potatoes, Spinach, Asparagus & Pea Shoots
  • OR Roasted Vegetable Wellington with a Chausser Sauce

Dessert

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream

At 9:30pm, the evening food of Bacon Buns & Newspaper Cones of Fish & Chips was served
