What a beautiful day at Town Head Estate for Laura and Ashley.

Timings for the day

1pm – Ceremony

1:30pm – Welcome drinks

3:15pm – Guests seated

3:30pm – Speeches and cake cutting

4:15pm – Wedding breakfast

7:30pm – First dance

9:15pm – Evening food

Midnight – Finish

Laura and Ashley had 103 guests for the wedding both day and evening. We served canapés after the amazing outdoor ceremony which included

  • Blinis with Creme Fraiche & Smoked Salmon
  • Honey & Mustard Sausages
  • Mini Yorkshire puddings with Roast Beef
  • Wild Mushroom Arancini
  • Mini Lamb Sliders with Tzatziki

For their wedding breakfast we served Asian Sharing Platters which included

  • Honey, Lime & Sriracha Chicken Kebabs
  • Korean Gochujang Pork Belly Skewers
  • Tempura King Prawns with Sweet Chilli Dip
  • Vegetable Spring Rolls
  • Sticky Sesame Chicken in a Honey, Soy & Garlic Sauce
  • Asian Style Short Ribs
  • Korean BBQ Jackfruit (VE)
  • Sticky Potatoes
  • Jasmine Rice
  • Asian Slaw

The dessert table was ‘Make Your Own Eton mess’ with Giant Meringues, Whipped Cream, Raspberry Coulis & Fresh Berries plus Creme Brûlée Shots

The following morning at 10am for 50 guests, we catered Breakfast before everybody departed from Town Head Estate.
