1:30pm.- Ceremony

2pm – Welcome drinks

3:30pm – Guests seated

4pm – Speeches

4:30pm – Wedding breakfast

7pm – Cut the cake

7:30pm – First dance

10pm – Evening food

Midnight – Wedding finishes

The guests all enjoyed bottles of Peroni & Prosecco for their welcome drinks, outside the cart shed

For the canapés after the ceremony we served

  • Mini Yorkshire puddings with Roast Beef
  • Classic Tomato, Red Onion, Basil & Garlic Bruschetta
  • Mini Scones with Strawberry Jam & Clotted Cream
  • Spinach & Feta Filo Parcels
  • Chicken Satay with a Peanut Dip
  • Mini Fish & Chips in Newspaper Cones
  • Blinis with Creme Fraiche & Smoked Salmon

For the wedding breakfast we served a main course, and a dessert to the bride & groom & all the guests

Main course

  • Chicken Fillet stuffed with Mozzarella, Sun Blush Tomatoes, Basil & Wrapped in Proscuitto & Rich Chicken Jus
  • Courgette & Halloumi Kebabs Marinated in Olive Oil, Lemon & Fresh Mint
  • All served with Roasted New Potatoes in Rosemary & Garlic, Summer Vegetables

Dessert

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & English Lakes Ice Cream
  • Tea, Coffee & Home-Made Fudge

The evening food at 10pm was

  • Buffalo Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil Pizza
  • Pepperoni Pizza
  • Cajun Chicken, Red Pepper, Red Chillies & Red Onion Pizza
  • Gluten Free Pizza
