On Saturday 18th December we headed back to Longlands at Cartmel for the wedding of Katie & Daniel
Timings of the day
1:30pm – Ceremony
2pm – Welcome drinks & canapés
4pm – Guests Seated
5pm – Wedding Breakfast
8:20pm – First dance
9:30pm – Evening food
We served the canapés between 2pm-4pm as the guests enjoyed welcome drinks in the main house
- Croque Monsieur
- Pear & Proscuitto & Rocket Rolls
- Spinach & Feta Filo Parcels
- Sole Goujons with Tartare Sauce
- Tuna Ceviche & Mango Salsa
- Pigs in Blankets with Cranberry Sauce
For the wedding breakfast at 5pm we served Carve your own beef at the table, followed by dessert
Main Course
- Roast Topside of Beef with Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, Seasonal Vegetables & Jugs of Gravy
Dessert
- Hot Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee sauce & Double Jersey Ice Cream
- Tea & Coffee
Evening food was served at 9:30pm which included
- Newspaper Cones of Fish & Chips
