Timings of the day

1:30pm – Ceremony in the New Barn

2pm – Welcome Drinks

3:30pm – Guests Seated

4pm – Wedding Breakfast

6pm – Speeches

6:30pm – Evening guests arrive

6:45pm – Cut the cake

7pm – First dance

8pm – External pizza van

Midnight – Wedding comes to a finish

After the ceremony the bride and groom and guests all enjoyed welcome drinks which included Pink Prosecco & Estrella Lager

We also served canapés which included

  • Wild Mushroom Arancini
  • Mini Tarte Tatin with Caramelised Red Onion & Goats Cheese
  • Spinach & Fets Filo Parcels
  • Gluten Free Crostini with Tomatoes, Avocado, Mint & Onion

Once the guests were seated for wedding breakfast to be served at 4pm we began with the starters

  • Hummus
  • Tzatziki
  • Marinated Olives
  • Spinach & Feta Parcels
  • Falafel
  • Selection of Breads, Pitta, Flatboards
  • Plates of Butter

For the main course we served

  • Harissa Roasted Aubergine Strudel with Pistachios, Sun Blush Tomatoes, Olives & Coriander
  • Roasted Vegetable Moussaka
  • Marinatedd Courgette & Halloumi Kebabs with Mint & Lemon
  • Roasted Baby Potatoes with Rosemary & Garlic
  • Herby Green Cous Cous
  • Istanbul Salad with Feta, Olives, Cucumber, Tomatoes & Coriander with an Onion Oil Dressing
  • Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables
  • 1x Pasta with Tomato Sauce & Garlic Bread for 1 Child

  Dessert

  • Spiced Apple Tart with Pistachios & Chantilly Cream
