Timings of the day

12pm – Ceremony

3pm – Welcome drinks & canapes

4:30pm – Guests seated & speeches

5pm – Wedding breakfast

7pm – Evening guests arrive

8pm – Cut the cake & first dance

9pm – Evening food

12:30am – Bar to close

Once the guests all arrived from the church to the reception Marquee location, we served the canap├ęs which included

  • Scotch Quail Eggs
  • Honeyed Sausages
  • Crostini with Buffalo Mozzarella, Basil Pesto & Sun Blush Tomatoes
  • Mini Beef Sliders with Tomato Relish
  • Chicken Liver Parfait on Toast with Onion Marmalade

The guests were seated at 4:30pm and speeches were carried out by the Father of the Bride, Best Men & The Groom before serving the wedding breakfast

Main Course

  • Roast Topside of Beef with dishes of Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, Seasonal Vegetables & Gravy
  • Vegan option of Roasted Vegetable Wellington with a Chasseur Sauce

Dessert – Trio of Mini Desserts

  • Mini Eton mess Shot
  • Mini Profiterole with Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • Mini Chocolate Brownie

At 9pm was when we served the evening food of

  • Pulled Pork Buns with Apple Sauce
  • Vegan option of Pulled Jackfruit Buns with Apple Sauce
