2pm – Ceremony

3pm – Welcome drinks & Canapes

5pm – Guests Seated

5:30pm – Wedding Breakfast

7:15pm – Speeches

8pm – Cut the cake

8:05pm – First dance

10:30pm – Bar to close

At 3pm, we served the canapés which consisted of

  • Asparagus, Minted Pea & Feta Tartlets
  • Mini Tarte Tatin with Red Onion & Goats Cheese
  • Calamari with Aioli
  • Prawns on the lawn – Toasted Sourdough with Avocado, Chilli & Coriander

For the starter the couple opted for Meze Platters to Share which included

  • Hummus
  • Tzatziki
  • Olives
  • Spicy Meatballs
  • Spinach & Feta Parcels
  • Dolmades & Falafel
  • Selection of breads, pitta & flatbreads

  • Courgette & Halloumi Kebabs with Mint & Lemon
  • Dishes of Roasted Baby Potatoes with Rosemary & Garlic

  • Dishes of Istanbul Salad with Feta, Olives, Tomatoes & Coriander
  • Dishes of Green Bean Salad with Mustard Seeds & Tarragon

It was then time for dessert!

  • Spiced Apple Tart with Vanilla Creme Fraiche
