2pm – Ceremony

2:40pm – Welcome drinks & canapés

4:45pm – Guests seated

5pm – Speeches

5:30pm – Wedding breakfast

7:20pm – Cut the cake

7:30pm – First dance

9pm – Evening food

9:30pm – Sparklers outside

Midnight – Bar to close

At 2:45pm, after the ceremony, we served the bride & groom & guests with canapés which included

  • Leek & Cheese Tartlets
  • Baby BLT
  • Crostini with Sun Blush Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil
  • Fillet of Angus Beef & Caramelised Onion


After the speeches, the bride & groom opted for a 3-course wedding breakfast with a sharing style starter

Starter – Antipasti Sharing Platter

  • Prosciutto
  • Salami Milano
  • Buffalo Mozzarella
  • Pesto Arancini
  • Sun Blush Tomatoes
  • Marinated Olives
  • Goats Cheese Croquettes
  • Baskets of Home-Made Breads & Focaccia

Main Course

  • Chicken Fillet Stuffed with Sun Blush Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella, Wrapped in Parma Ham
  • With Roasted New Potatoes, Summer Vegetables & Gravy
  • Vegetarian Option was Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni


  • Lemon Cheesecake with Lemon Curd & Fresh Raspberries


At 9pm we served the evening food

  • Pepperoni Pizza
  • Pepperoni & Chilli Pizza
  • Margarita Pizza
  • Chicken, Mushroom & Sweetcorn Pizza
  • Char Grilled Med Veg & Goats Cheese Pizza
