12am – Bar To Close

After the ceremony, we served the canapés to all of the guests and the bride & groom & all of their guests which included

  • Crostini with Sun Blush Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil
  • Blinis with Creme Fraiche & Smoked Salmon
  • Peking Duck Pancakes with Hoisin Sauce
  • Arancini with Sun Blush Tomato Dip
  • Croque Monsieur
  • Honeyed Sausages with Mustard Dip

The bride & groom opted for a interactive main course of carve your own beef at the table following by a plated dessert

  • Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Puddings, Roast Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables & Gravy
  • OR Vegetable Wellington with Veggie Gravy (V)

Dessert

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & English Lakes Ice Cream
