Frankie & Callum

On 4th September, we headed back to the beautiful venue New House Farm to cater for the wedding of Frankie & Callum.

Timings of the day

2:30pm – Ceremony

3pm – Welcome drinks & canapes

4:30pm – Guests seated

4:45pm – Speeches

5:15pm – Wedding breakfast

6:45pm – Cut the cake

7pm – First dance

Midnight – Bar to close

The canapes were served to the bride, groom & guests which included

  • Chilli & Garlic King Prawns
  • Caramelised Onion & Goats Cheese Tarte Tatin
  • Peking duck Pancakes with Plum Sauce
  • Mozzarella & Pesto Arancini with Sun Blush Tomato Dip
  • Mini Ploughman’s

The bride & groom opted for a classic 3-course wedding breakfast which was served at 5:15pm after the speeches were complete from the Father of The Bride, Groom & Best Man

Starters

  • Chicken Liver Parfait with Mixed Leaves & Onion Marmalade
  • Twice Baked Cheese Soufflé’s, Cream Sauce & Mixed Leaves
  • Vegetable Terrine with Chutney & Salad
  • All served with Baskets of Home-Made Breads & Butter

Mains

  • Chicken Fillet Stuffed with Mozzarella, Sun Blush Tomato & Basil, Wrapped in Prosciutto
  • Slow Roast Lamb Shank with Redcurrant & Mint Jus
  • Roasted Vegetable Wellington with a Chasseur Sauce
  • All served with Roasted New Potatoes & Summer Vegetables

Desserts

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & English Lakes Ice Cream
  • Raspberry Creme Brûlée with Shortbread Biscuit
  • Vegan Chocolate Brownie & Vegan Ice Cream
