Faye & Kristian had a beautiful wedding at Low Hall The Lakes on 2nd June 2021. We catered for 30 guests (29 adults & 1 child)

Timings for the day

11am – Ceremony

11:30am – Drinks & Canapés

2pm – Wedding Breakfast

7pm – Evening Food

After the church ceremony the guests arrived at Low Hall and we served canapés & drinks

  • Chicken Satay with Peanut Dip
  • Minted Lamb Sliders with Tzatziki
  • Fillet of Aberdeen Angus Beef with Caramelised Onions & Hoisin Sauce
  • Scallops in Parma Ham

At 2pm we served the wedding breakfast in the most amazing setting at Low Hall

Starter

  • Chicken Liver Pate with Onion Marmalade, Mixed Leaves & Baskets of Homemade Bread

Main

  • Loin of Lakeland Lamb with Dauphinois Potatoes, Pea Puree, Asparagus, Broad Beans & Pea Shoots, Redcurrant & Mint Gravy
  • Chicken Wrapped in Prosciutto Stuffed with Mozzarella, Sun Blush Tomatoes & Basil
  • Macaroni Cheese & Garlic Bread (Child)

Dessert

  • Hot Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & English Lakes Double Jersey Ice Cream

In the evening we served a selection of cheese & biscuits with Grapes, Celery, Home-made Chutney, Higginson’s Pork Pies, Chicken Liver Pate & Crusty Breads
