2:45pm – Welcome Drinks & Canapés

5pm – Guests Seated

5:30pm – Wedding Breakfast

8:15pm – Cut The Cake & First Dance

10pm – Evening Food

Midnight – Bar To Close

At 2:45pm we served the canapés which included

  • Mini Lamb Sliders
  • Scallops in Parma Ham
  • Honey & Mustard Sausages
  • Mini Tarte Tatin with Onion Marmalade & Goats Cheese
  • Calamari with Hot Sauce
  • Tempura Cauliflower with Hot Sauce

The couple opted for a 3 course wedding breakfast with a bit of a twist. The starter was a sharing platter, Main course was carve your own meat at the table, and dessert was served down stairs in the lounge in canapés style

  • Chicken Liver Pate with Onion Marmalade

Main Course – Carve Your Own Meat

  • Hassle-back Potatoes
  • Yorkshire Puddings
  • Roasted Autumn Vegetables

Dessert – Canapés Style Served In The Lounge

  • Eton Mess Shots
  • Raspberry Tart with Italian Meringue
  • Espresso Pots
  • Vegan Salted Caramel Brownie
  • Tea, Coffee & Home-Made Fudge

At 10pm, it was ready for us to serve evening food which included

  • Cones of Chips
  • Pulled Pork Baguettes with Apple Sauce
  • Red Pepper & Halloumi Baguettes
