On Saturday 28th August we returned to Paddock Barn for the wonderful wedding of Daisy & Thomas

Timings of the day

2pm – Ceremony

2:30pm – Welcome drinks & canapés

4pm – Guests seated

4:30pm – Speeches

5pm – Wedding breakfast

7:30pm – Evening guests arrive & serve evening food

8pm – Cut the cake

8:15pm – First dance

11pm – Bar to close

After the ceremony we served the bride & groom & all of the guests with canapés which included

  • Crostini with Mozzarella, Sun Blush Tomato & Basil
  • VEGAN Crostini with Avocado, Sun Blush Tomato & Basil
  • Blinis with Creme Fraiche & Smoked Salmon
  • Peking Duck Pancakes with Plum Sauce

The couple opted for a classic 3-course wedding breakfast

Starters

  • Twice Baked Lancashire Cheese Soufflé’s with Champagne Cream Sauce
  • A Choice of Vegan Summer Vegetable Soup
  • 2x Kids Strawberries & Melon
  • 1x Kids Garlic Bread

Main Courses

  • Fillet of Beef with Green Peppercorn Sauce
  • A Choice of Vegan Vegetable Wellington with Chasseur Sauce
  • All Served with Chunky Chips, Glazed Carrots & Green Beans
  • 1x Kids Mac & Cheese
  • 2x Kids Chicken Goujons & Chips

Desserts

  • Trio of Mini Desserts of Lemon Tart, Eton mess, Sticky Toffee Pudding & Ice Cream

As the evening guests arrived, they all received the evening food of Pulled Pork Baguettes with Apple Sauce (Thank you Tiree Dawson Photography for capturing our delicious evening food)
