Colleen & Paul had their special day at Town Head Estate right on the lake front. They invited 59 guests to celebrate their special day with them, and the venue was stunning.

 

Timings of the day

3pm – Ceremony

3:30pm – Welcome drinks & canapes

4:45pm – Guests seated

5pm – Speeches

5:30pm – Wedding breakfast

7:30pm – First dance

10pm – Evening food

1am – Bar to close

The weather was absolutely amazing, so the bride & groom and all guests could enjoy the welcome drinks and canapes outdoors on the terrace. We served canapes which included

  • Peking Duck Pancakes with Plum Sauce
  • Asparagus, Minted Pea & Feta Tartlets
  • Pear, Prosciutto & Rocket Rolls
  • Baby Scones with Strawberry Jam & Clotted Cream
  • Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

It was then time for the speeches and of course, the wedding breakfast!

Starter

  • Antipasti Platters which included
  • Prosciutto, Salami Milano, Pesto Arancini, Marinated Olives, Sun Blush Tomatoes, Buffalo Mozzarella, Baskets of Home-Made Breads, Focaccia, Balsamic & Olive Oil

Main

  • Sharing boards with Pollo Milanese served with Arrabbiata Sauce
  • Also on the sharing board was Sea Bass with Olives, Lemon, Cherry Tomatoes & Basil with Salsa Verde
  • Aubergine Parmigiana (V)
  • Dishes of Roasted New Potatoes, Olive Oil & Rosemary, Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables, Rocket & Parmesan Salad

Dessert

  • Trio of Mini Desserts included Passion Fruit Cheesecake, Lemon Tart & Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce

For the evening food we served fries along with a stunning cheesecake
