On Tuesday 5th October, we headed back to New House Farm to cater the wedding of Catherine & Alexander.

Timings Of The Day

1:30pm – Ceremony

2pm – Welcome drinks & Canapes

3:30pm – Guests Seated

4pm – Wedding Breakfast

5:30pm – Speeches

6:50pm – Cut The Cake

7pm – First Dance

9pm – Evening Food

Midnight – Bar To Close

At 2pm, once the ceremony was complete we served the canapés

  • Mozzarella & Basil Arancini with a Sun Blush Tomato Dip
  • Mini Yorkshire Puddings with a Roast Beef & Horseradish
  • Peking duck Pancakes with Hoisin Sauce
  • Spinach & Feta Filo Parcels

The Starter was served in a sharing platter style which consisted of

  • Cumberland Sausages
  • Cartmel Valley Smoked Salmon
  • Black Pudding Scotch Eggs
  • Chicken Liver Pate with Onion Marmalade
  • Goats Cheese Croquettes  with Mixed Leaves & Chilli Jam
  • Baskets of Home-Made Breads

Main Course

  • Chicken Fillet Stuffed with Mozzarella, Sun Blush Tomato, Basil & Wrapped in Proscuitto
  • Served with Rich Chicken Jus, Roasted New Potatoes & Roasted Summer Vegetables

Dessert

  • Hot Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & English Lakes Double Jersey Ice Cream
