3pm – Ceremony

3:30pm – Welcome drinks

4:15pm – Guests seated

4:45pm – Wedding breakfast

5:45pm – Speeches

7pm – Evening guests arrive

8pm – Cut the cake

8:30pm – First dance

8:40pm – Evening food

12am – Bar to close

At 4:45pm, it was time to serve the bride & groom and all the guests with a classic 3 course wedding breakfast which included the following

Starter

  • Twice Baked Cheese Soufflé with a Champagne Cream Sauce
  • OR Vegan Gluten Free Spiced Butternut Squash Soup
  • All Served With Baskets of Home-Made Breads & Plates of Butter

Main Course

  • Roast Topside of Beef Carved at the table served with Roast Potatoes, Pigs in Blankets, Yorkshire puddings & Gravy
  • OR Roasted Vegetable Wellington with Veggie Gravy

Dessert

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & English Lakes Ice Cream
  • OR Vega Chocolate Brownie with Vegan Ice Cream
  • Tea, Coffee & Home-Made Fudge
