Amy & Omar had a beautiful wedding at the amazing Town Head Estate by the lake.

Timings of the day

12pm – Ceremony

12:30pm – Welcome drinks & canapés

4pm – Guests seated

4:30pm – Speeches

5pm – Wedding breakfast

7:30pm – Cut the cake

9pm – First dance

10pm – Evening food

At 12:30pm, we served the guests and bride and groom the canapes which included

  • Crostini with Buffalo Mozzarella, Sun Blush Tomato & Basil Pesto
  • Mini Tarte Tatin with Caramelised Red Onion (VE)
  • Wild Mushroom Arancini (VE)
  • Thai Fish Cakes with Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce (GF)
  • Blinis with Creme Fraiche & Smoked Salmon
  • Seared Tuna with SesameSeeds & Soy Sauce (GF)
  • Calamari with Aioli
  • Chicken Satay with Peanut Dip (GF)
  • Mini Yorkshire puddings with Roast Beef
  • Peking duck Pancakes with Plum Sauce

After the speeches from bridal party members, we served the wedding breakfast

  • Twice Bakes Cheese Soufflé with Champagne Cream Sauce OR Potato & Watercress Soup with Baskets of Bread

Mains

  • Rack of Lakeland Lamb with a Redcurrant & Mint Jus with Dauphinois Potatoes, Minted Pea Puree, Grilled Asparagus & broad Beans & Pea Shoots OR Roasted Vegetable Wellington with a Chasseur Sauce
  • Children’s Afternoon Tea

Desserts

  • Lemon Tart with Fresh Raspberries & Raspberry Sorbet OR Vegan Lemon Tart
  • Tea, Coffee & Home-Made Fudge

The evening food consisted of Newspaper Cones of Fish & Chips and Bacon Buns at 10pm

The following day we catering their BBQ at 3pm for their wedding guests as a post wedding party to finish the weekend off in style.
