5:30pm – Wedding breakfast

After the ceremony, we provided canapes to the bride, groom & all the guests which included

  • Spicy Lamb Koftas with Tzatziki
  • Mini Yorkshire puddings with Hot Roast Beef & Horseradish
  • Mini Yorkshire puddings with NO Horseradish
  • Arancini & Sun Blush Tomato Dip
  • Leek & Cheese Tartlets

The bride & groom opted for a classic 3-course plated wedding breakfast including a starter, main course & dessert


  • Twice Baked Cheese Soufflé with Champagne Cream Sauce
  • OR Gluten Free and Dairy Free Vegetable Soup
  • All Served with Baskets of Home-Made Breads & Plates of Butter


  • Rump of Lakeland Lamb with a Redcurrant & Mint Gravy with Dauphinois Potatoes, Carrots, Green Beans and garnished with Pea Shoots
  • OR Roasted Vegetable Wellington with a Chasseur Sauce & Olive Oil Mash


  • Hot Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & served with English Lakes Double Jersey Ice-Cream
  • OR Vegan Lemon Tart
  • Tea & Coffee
