On 25th September we headed to New House Farm, Lorton, to cater for the wedding of Aileen & Gregory with canapés and a 3 course wedding breakfast:

Timings of the day

3pm – Ceremony

3:30pm – Welcome drinks & canapes

5pm – Guests Seated

5:30pm – Wedding Breakfast

6:30pm – Speeches after main course

8:30pm – First dance

11:45pm – Bar to close

  • Wild Mushroom Arancini
  • Spinach & Feta Filo Parcels

The couple opted for a classic 3 course wedding breakfast

Starter

  • Sharing Platter of Sweet Potato, Caramelised Onion & Goats Cheese, Scotch Eggs, Truffled Mushroom Pate, Whole Baked Camembert, Minted Pea & Feta Tart & Baskets of Home-Made Breads

Main Course

  • Sharing Main Course of Mushroom & Guinness Pie
  • Or Butternut Squash, Spinach & Ricotta Filo Strudel
  • All Served with Side Dishes of Roast Potatoes, Roasted Autumn Veg & Jugs of Gravy

Dessert

  • Rhubarb Crumble with English Lakes Ice Cream & Jugs of Custard
