What a day!! In May we catered for Sarah & Jonathan’s big day on the family farm in Wigton.

They chose a classic cumbrian menu and we loved it!!

Sarah & Jonathon started their day with a selection of canapés and it started the day perfectly!

Minted Pea & Feta Tart, Hummus, Falafel Scotch Eggs, Truffle Mushroom Pate with Onion Marmalade, Goats Cheese Croquettes with Chilli Jam, Grilled Halloumi & Melon

Roasted Vegetable Wellington with a Chasseur Sauce (Vegetarian and Vegan Option)
Both served with Yorkshire Puddings

This meal worked really well and created such a good atmosphere! One thing to bear in mind is when having a sharing meal is that it takes up a lot of space on the tables!

Keep flowers/vases/candles to a minimum or just be prepared for them to be moved off the tables ready for the meal service.
