  • Worked alongside the client to organise the marquee, layout, stages, reception areas, band changing rooms, kitchens, staff rooms etc to the clients exact specification.
  • Provided a four course meal, wine list, licensed bar facility, full table drinks service, along with the uniformed staff, chefs and wine waiters. The total staff for the catering side was well over 100.
  • Organised temporary kitchens, ovens, fridges, running water, bar stores, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
  • The colour scheme was purple and gold and we organised the gold table linen with beautiful floral decoration of purple lilies. The carpet was purple and the seat pads purple. The finished result was stunning.
  • Provided all power generation and lighting, which on the evening gave an absolutely stunning effect with all the tables spot lit.
  • Organised the back line and lighting for Bryan Ferry, Tenors and Divas Incognito and provide the riders for all the artists.
  • Orchestrated everything on the day, co-ordinated all the contractors, bands, etc
  • Provided overnight security
  • Got all the special licenses, risk assessments, insurance cover.
