This menu worked really well as everyone had the same apart from the vegan/vegetarian guests! We always get asked about offering a choice and we always say if you give too much choice people usually become fussier.

Offering a choice creates a lot more admin for you as a couple and does increase the price of the menu due to having to get extra chefs in to help plate and serve the meal!

On the days guests usually forget what they’ve ordered so it does slow service down and can take a while… if you want to offer a choice a top tip would be to put the menu choices on the back on their name card so there is no confusion on the day!
