In June we catered for Chris & Oliver at Rydal Mount, Grasmere and it was blooming amazing!!!
We first served canapés and they chose a brilliant selection.. there definitely was something for everyone!
– Chicken Satay with a Peanut Dip
– Prawns on the Lawn: Garlic & Chilli Prawns, Toasted Sourdough with Avocado, Chilli & Coriander
– Mini Yorkshire Puddings with Pink Roast Beef
– Mini Tarte Tatin with Caramelised Red Onion & Goats Cheese
– Peking Duck Pancakes with Plum Sauce
Following canapés we served the main course buffet style and honestly it was great. Guests came up table by table and helped themselves to this street food selection..

Summer Berry Meringue Roulade
Chris & Oliver came to us and created this menu. They loved all these dishes and couldn’t decide between them so we did them all. We served the main course buffet style and it really did work amazingly! This is a great way to give guests a choice without having to get pre-orders!
