What a wedding weekend!!!
Chelsea and Luke celebrated over 2 days at the stunning Town Head Estate.
They had a sharing style menu which went down a treat!
Prosciutto, Salami, Olives, Meatballs in a Spicy Sauce, Tomato Bruschetta
Hummus and Tzatziki
Baskets of Breads/Flatbreads
King Prawns in Chilli and Garlic, Sea Bass, Portuguese Spiced Chicken, Pork Belly with Apple Compote, Aubergine Parmigiana, Grilled Halloumi with Chilli Jam
Dishes of: New Potatoes, Mediterranean Vegetables, Spicy Rice
Double Jersey Ice Cream
This menu went down a treat, it has something for everyone and all your dietary requirement can fit this menu which means no one is having a separate/different menu!
As you can see the sharing boards are big so please bear in mind that they take up a lot of space on the tables. When planning decor/flowers please bear this in mind…
The following day Chelsea & Luke invited guests down to the boat house for an informal BBQ and it was EPIC!
The Sunday BBQ Menu was:
Chicken Skewers marinated in Garlic

Greek Salad with Feta
Selection of Home-made Breads
We also served Chicken and Chorizo Paella and it was amazing!! 9even if we do say so ourselves!!)
