I now have time after the rush of the last few weeks to sit down and write my thanks and appreciation for all your hard work and that of your staff in making Rachel and Richards wedding such a special occasion for us all.

A special thank you to your chef.  Everyone commented how wonderful the food was.  How did he manage to cook all those roasts of beef to such perfection and his game pate is sublime, I could eat it forever. The lovely timbales of Morecambe Bay shrimps also were much praised. A lovely, lovely meal.

Thank you for keeping control of the wine bottles and not opening too many at any one time.  You were all so well organised.
