Tuna Salad Nicoise
A perfect light lunch or evening meal!
Tuna Steaks (Fish)
Dijon Mustard (Mustard)
White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How To Cook
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook the tuna for 3-4 minutes. Cook for more or less time depending on preference.
- Mix the leaves, french beans, olives, new potatoes, anchovies with the French dressing.
- To plate, place the mixed leaves/dressing mix on the plate, cut the egg into quarters and place on top then add the tuna when ready.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
