How To Cook
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook the roasted vegetables for 10-12 minutes.
- After 4 minutes, add the pie to the oven for a 8 minutes
- Microwave the mashed potato for 2-3 minutes until hot.
- To plate spoon the mash onto the plate, followed by the pie and spoon vegetables on the side.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
