Sticky Ginger Salmon with Pak Choi


Sticky Ginger Salmon served with Pak Choi and Steamed Rice. A perfect light and healthy lunch or a great main course!

  • Ingredients

    Salmon Fillets (fish)
    Stem Ginger
    Dark Soy Sauce (soya, gluten)
    Red Chilli
    Pak Choi
    Sesame Oil (sesame)
    Sesame Seeds (sesame)

  • How To Cook
    • Pre heat the oven to 180C and cook the salmon for 15 minutes or until just cooked through
    • Microwave rice and pak choi until heated through
    • To plate, spoon out the rice, top with pak choi then sit the salmon on top. Finally drizzle cooking juices from the salmon over the whole dish and garnish with sliced red chilli
  • Storage

    Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
