This is designed as a sharing style meal for 6 @ £10.00 per person. Porchetta is Pork Loin stuffed with Sun Blush Tomatoes, Pine Nuts and Basil served with Rosemary Parmentier Potatoes, Heritage Tomato & Pomegranate Salad, Rocket & Parmesan Salad with a Balsamic Glaze and Salsa Verde!

How To Cook
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and roast the pork loin for 20-25 minutes.
- Oven roast Parmentier potatoes for 10 minutes until golden
- Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before serving and remove the string
- To serve dish up in sharing bowls in the middle of the table and nominate a carver for a bit of theatre!
