  • How To Cook
    • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and roast the pork loin for 20-25 minutes.
    • Oven roast Parmentier potatoes for 10 minutes until golden
    • Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before serving and remove the string
    • To serve dish up in sharing bowls in the middle of the table and nominate a carver for a bit of theatre!
