    Meringue (egg)
    Caster Sugar
    Cream (milk)
    Peaches
    Raspberries
    White Wine Vinegar (sulphites)
    Salt
    Cinnamon
    Lemon Zest
    Peppercorns
    Raspberry Puree
    Ground Rice

    Flour (gluten)

  • How To Cook
    • To plate, mix the meringue, cream, coulis, peaches and raspberries in a bowl until mixed together then spoon into a glass/bowl to serve with shortbread on the side.
  • Storage
    • Keep refrigerated and use within 2 days
