Pesto & Mozzarella Arancini with a Sun Blush Tomato Dip
Arancini is a Sicilian delicacy of deep fried Pesto & Mozzarella Risotto balls which is a perfect starter or afternoon snack!

Vegetable Stock (Celery)
Sun Blush Tomatoes
White Wine (Sulphites)
Plain Flour (Gluten)
Panko Crumbs (Gluten)
How To Cook
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and heat the arancini for approximately 8 minutes until warmed through.
- To plate, place a spoonful of the sun blush tomato dip in the middle of the plate, place the 3 arancini on top, top with shaved parmesan and micro herbs to garnish.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
