Pesto & Mozzarella Arancini with a Sun Blush Tomato Dip


Arancini is a Sicilian delicacy of deep fried Pesto & Mozzarella Risotto balls which is a perfect starter or afternoon snack!

  • Ingredients

    Risotto Rice
    Vegetable Stock (Celery)
    Pine Nuts
    Garlic Puree
    Olive Oil
    Sun Blush Tomatoes
    White Wine (Sulphites) 
    Butter (Milk)
    Mozzarella (Milk)
    Parmesan (Milk)
    Pomace Oil
    Plain Flour (Gluten)
    Panko Crumbs (Gluten)
    Eggs (Egg)

  • How To Cook
    • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and heat the arancini for approximately 8 minutes until warmed through.
    • To plate, place a spoonful of the sun blush tomato dip in the middle of the plate, place the 3 arancini on top, top with shaved parmesan and micro herbs to garnish.
  • Storage

    Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
